Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of DOCIBLE on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase DOCIBLE Pro.
Effective 16 August 2026
The service
DOCIBLE is a personal learning library: published insights, lessons, quizzes, and related progress. Educational material is for your own learning. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Your account
You must provide a working email and keep the account secure. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Do not share a password or sell access. One person should use one account.
Confirm your email when asked. If you lose access, use the password-reset flow or write to hello@getdocible.com from the address on the account.
Subscriptions and billing
A free account can use the published library within the daily limits shown in the product. DOCIBLE Pro removes those limits for the features that are actually shipped.
Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. iOS and Android subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and fulfilled through RevenueCat. Prices, taxes, and the charge currency are those shown by the store or checkout at purchase — not a number drawn in the client.
Free trial
A 7-day trial may be offered by Stripe or the app stores. The client never invents a trial. If a trial is offered, the store or Stripe tells you when it ends and what you will be charged if you do not cancel in time.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel, unless the store or Stripe shows a different term. Renewal uses the payment method on file with that provider. After a successful renewal we keep Pro on the account until the new period ends.
Cancellation
Cancel on the platform where you subscribed. On the web, use Settings → Billing and the Stripe customer portal when a Stripe customer exists. On iOS, use your Apple ID subscriptions. On Android, use Google Play subscriptions.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid. Deleting your DOCIBLE account does not, by itself, cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or republish the library without permission.
- Bypass paywalls, free-plan limits, or security controls.
- Interfere with other accounts or the service.
- Use DOCIBLE to generate or distribute unlawful content.
- Misrepresent yourself as DOCIBLE or as an administrator.
Intellectual property
DOCIBLE, the product name, and the interface are ours. Catalog text, structure, and media remain the property of DOCIBLE or their stated rights holders. Your private progress, saves, and collections remain yours; we hold them only to provide the service.
If you submit feedback, we may use it to improve the product without an obligation to you.
Availability
We aim to keep DOCIBLE available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that are unfinished stay hidden. Hosting, store, or payment-provider outages can affect sign-in, reading, or purchase restore.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including attempts to abuse entitlements or the library. After deletion, private learning records are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DOCIBLE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR STORE OR PAYMENT-PROVIDER ERRORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS; IN THOSE PLACES THEY APPLY ONLY AS FAR AS THE LAW ALLOWS.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Using DOCIBLE means you also read that policy.
Contact
For these terms, write to hello@getdocible.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, it will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction over the operator of getdocible.com. We do not list a street address because DOCIBLE does not publish one.
