Leaders absorb uncertainty

A team does not need a manager who feels everything in public. It needs someone who can take in ambiguity, decide, and return a smaller, clearer problem.

This is emotional labor, not theatrics. If every unknown is passed down unchanged, people spend their skill on anxiety.

The opposite failure is false certainty. Name what is known, what is being watched, and what will trigger a change. Calm is a byproduct of that clarity.
